ALMA 2021年10月版新功能亮点

更新要点(Make the Most of October’s Release)

数字访问权限的过期日期现在可以配置——机构可以设置数字资源的过期日期,过期后的内容将不可访问。过期日期可以是静态日期,也可以是相对于内容的基于时间属性的动态日期。
Expiration Date Now Configurable for Digital Access Rights ——Institutions can set an expiration date to digital resources, after which the content will not be accessible. The expiration can either be a static date or dynamic, relative to a time-based attribute of the content.

通过抄送电子邮件帐户向多个收件人发送电子邮件——您现在可以将多个抄送电子邮件地址分配给用户。发送给用户的电子邮件将发送到除首选地址之外的所有抄送地址。
Sending Emails to Multiple Recipients via CC Email Accounts —— You can now assign multiple CC email address to a patron. Emails to the patron will be sent to all of the CC addresses in addition to the preferred address.

一、Alma公告

Alma announcement——Alma公告是一个新功能,现在可以通过Alma持久菜单栏上公告图标来使用。Ex-Libris可以向用户更新发布公告、新功能推出、重要问题、异常事件以及临时公告。这是对现有的Ex Libris沟通渠道(SalesForce电子邮件,列表服务组等)的一个补充。Alma公告在机构级别启用,用户可以选择隐藏公告图标。

二、资源管理

根据用户角色的范围限制与资源库列表和电子馆藏相关的操作——现在可以根据用户角色的library范围(无论是特定library还是机构级别)启用/禁用员工账户的各种操作,如编辑、更新、删除、激活、停用等。此功能可以更好地控制跨library的员工的操作活动。
Limiting Actions Related to Portfolios and E-collections According to User Role’s Scope——Various staff user’s actions such as editing, updating, deleting, activating, deactivating, etc., are now enabled/disabled based on the library scope of the user role (whether a specific library or at the institution level (across libraries)). This functionality provides better control over staff activities across libraries.

Idea Exchange -联合馆藏工作流程-为联盟中的另一个机构购买纸本单册——一个机构现在可以为联盟中的另一个机构订购资源。当资源到达时,订购机构可以通过针对单个资源的专用操作,或使用"Change Physical Items information"作业进行批处理,将资源转移到另一个机构。
Idea Exchange – Joint Inventory Workflow – Purchasing Items for Another Institution in the Consortia——One institution can now order for another institution in the Consortia. When the resource arrives, the ordering institution can transfer the resource to the other institution, by a dedicated action for a single resource, or in batch using the ‘Change Physical Items information’ job.

三、数字资源管理

Idea Exchange-现在可以配置数字资源访问权限的过期日期——您现在可以根据特定日期后的时间段,将用户的访问权限配置为过期。为支持此功能,在配置访问权限规则的参数时可以使用Expiration选项(Configuration > Fulfillment > Copyright Management > Access Rights)。
Idea Exchange – Expiration Date Now Configurable for Digital Access Rights——You can now configure access rights to expire for a patron according to a time period after a certain date. To support this feature, the Expiration option is now available when configuring parameters for access rights rules (Configuration > Fulfillment > Copyright Management > Access Rights).

四、采访

"请求者说明"显示在购买请求列表中——在Alma中,"请求者说明"已经被添加到购买请求列表中显示。该说明为管理请求提供有用的信息,说明包含有关课程、讲师、副本数量和参与者数量的信息。
‘Requester Note’ Displayed in Purchase Requests List ——In Alma, the “Requester note” has been added to be displayed in the list of purchase requests. The note adds helpful information for managing requests to users who will be approving or rejecting the request. The note contains information about the course, instructor, number of copies, and number of participants.

五、统计分析

Idea Exchange -"Local Authorities" Alma分析主题区域——"Local Authorities" Alma分析主题区域现在可以在Alma 分析系统中找到。通过这个新的主题区域,您可以为机构中本地定义的Authority记录创建报告和仪表板。
Idea Exchange – Local Authorities Alma Analytics Subject Area ——The Local Authorities subject area is now available in Alma Analytics. With this new subject area you can create reports and dashboards for Authority records that are defined locally in the institution.

六、Administration & Infrastructure 管理与和基础建设

Idea Exchange -通过抄送电子邮件帐户向多个收件人发送电子邮件——Alma现在可以同时向多个收件人发送电子邮件。Alma现在为公共和员工类型用户的邮件信息中提供了”CC address”选项。当电子邮件发送给用户时,除了标记为首选的地址外,还会发送到所有抄送地址。
Idea Exchange – Sending Emails to Multiple Recipients via CC Email Accounts ——Alma can now send emails to multiple recipients simultaneously. To enable this, Alma now supports a new type of email “CC address” for public and staff type users. When an email is sent to the patron, it is sent to all of the CC addresses, in addition to the address that is marked as Preferred.

七、本月云应用程序

云应用程序-Switch PO-Line type ——这个云应用程序允许用户将PO Line从物理类型转换为电子类型。
