摘要 城市型风景名胜区与城市相融、相邻或相依,是风景名胜区中最具特色的类型。它的保护、发展和管理与城市建设、旅游发展息息相关。本文系统地分析了城市型风景名胜区的发展特点,总结出“景城分离、独立发展”是城市型风景名胜区发展中存在的关键问题,并在此基础上,以问题为导向,提出通过实施景城一体化发展战略,推动城市型风景名胜区转型发展的思路;同时,结合乐山大佛风景名胜区实践,探讨景城一体化发展的可实施策略,以期为城市型风景名胜区在新时期的高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract Urban scenic spots and cities have a harmonious, adjacent or interdependent location relationship, which are the most distinctive types of scenic spots. Its protection, development and management are closely related to urban construction and tourism development. This article analyzed the development characteristics, and concluded that the separation and independent development of scenic and city are the key problems in the development of urban scenic spots. On this basis, this paper put forward the strategy of problem-oriented implementation of the integrated development of scenic and city, which would promote the transformation and development of urban scenic spots. Taking the Leshan Grand Buddha scenic spot as an example, the paper discussed the implementable strategy of integrated development of scenic and city, which would provide a reference for the high-quality development of urban scenic spots in the new era.
