中国城市规划协会规划设计(境外机构)工作委员会于2023年11月经协会第五届理事会二次常务理事会讨论通过设立,是在中国从事规划和设计实践的境外规划设计机构自愿结成的非法人、非经营性社会团体,业务范畴包括规划设计相关的研究、实践、交流、咨询服务等方面。
宗旨:
推动境外规划设计机构在中国的健康、规范发展,反映境外规划设计机构的合法诉求和自律建设,服务广泛的规划与设计领域交流。
业务职责
1.服务于境外规划和设计机构的共同需求,建立优质成员名录;
2.推动国内规划和设计机构参与国际社会的学术交流,形成关注中国、面向国际,以实践导向的专业研究报告或调研成果;
3.提供高质量的行业国际咨询服务或国际竞赛组织;
4.组织面向行业前沿实践的沙龙或培训,扶植青年专业人才;
5.组织活动、会议、交流、展览等,推介中国设计文化、中国建设成就、中国城乡规划经验等领域的成果。

The Sub-association of Overseas Planning and Design Institutions (OPDI) of China Association of City Planning (CACP) was approved and established in November 2023 during the second executive meeting of the fifth council of CACP. It is a non-legal, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by overseas planning and design institutions engaged in planning and design practices in China. Its scope of activities includes research, practice, dialogue, and consulting services related to planning and design.
Objectives:
To promote the healthy and standardized practice of overseas planning and design institutions in China, reflect the legitimate demands and self-disciplined development of these institutions, and to facilitate broad dialogues in the field of urban planning and design.
Duties:
- Serve the common needs of overseas planning and design institutions, and establish a high-quality membership directory.
- Facilitate the participation of domestic design institutions in international academic dialogue, generating practice-oriented professional research reports or survey results focusing on China and open to the world .
- Provide high-quality international consulting services and organize international competitions.
- Organize salons or training sessions addressing cutting-edge industry practices, nurturing young professional talents in international planning and design.
- Arrange activities, conferences, dialogues, exhibitions, etc., to showcase achievements in the fields of Chinese design culture, development accomplishments, and urban-rural planning experiences.
