2015年全国优秀城乡规划设计评选正值全面深化改革等关键时期,规划创新和实践探索项目较多。同时,中央城市工作会议提出增强规划科学性和指性,获奖项目更加注重实施操作,务实落地。文章对此次评奖的过程、获奖项目的特点作了详细的分析,并围绕三个代表性项目展开先进性、创新性点评,指出新形势下规划理应强调与建设、管理的衔接,更多的技术创新和应用,更加关注国家难点问题。

More attention has been focused on innovation and exploration among the national excellent urban planning projects in the last years, as in the key period of reform deepening. According to a statement at the Central Urban Work Conference, we should enhance the scientificity and guidance of planning. The award-winning projects pay more attention to the implementation and operation. The selection process and characteristics of winning projects are introduced in detail, including advanced and innovative comments on three representative projects. Furthermore, it was pointed out that urban planning practice should put more emphasis on the convergence of planning,construction and administration under the new situation, apply more innovation and more technology, and pay more attention to the national problems.
