摘要 本文基于规划视角,围绕太行板块、红色旅游、乡村旅游,探讨文旅融合指导下左权“百里走廊”项目定位提升的优化路径;从文化与旅游空间融合、产品融合、载体融合、服务融合以及效能融合五个层面提出具体的发展策略,以打造左权文旅融合型目的地为目标,利用文旅产业带动区域经济发展,实现精准扶贫,推动当地成为引领黄河、长城、太行三大旅游板块发展的先导区域,为推动落实乡村振兴战略背景下文化与旅游的融合发展提供先行先试的经验。

Abstract From the perspective of urban and rural planning, this paper focuses on red tourism and rural tourism in Taihang Area. It explores the optimization paths of “Baili Corridor” in Zuoquan County under the guidance of cultural tourism integration. It concludes five strategies of the planning: firstly, model innovation, the construction of tourism destination to strengthen the support to tourism development; secondly, characteristic building, the utilization of red cultural tourism so as to build a revolutionary and ecological image for “Baili Corridor”; thirdly, regional linkage and industrial transformation, forming characteristic tourism industry cluster and promoting industrial upgrading and transforming; fourthly, resource integration and multidimensional development, integrating regional tourism characteristics to achieve global tourism; fifthly, remedying the weaknesses and continuing to promote regional economic development to intensify poverty alleviation. The planning will take the lead in promoting the development of rural revitalization promoted by culture and tourism industry in Shanxi Province.
