摘 要 本文基于“城市双修"理念对武汉市城市公园类型进行新的划分,综合考虑人群需求和公园供给能力,利用POI点数据构建公园服务压力指标,以确定具体的公因布局优化方案。研究表明,武汉市的城市公园布局现状呈现出非均衡状态,要实现其均衡性,须新增历史文化公园10座、社区公园4座、生态公园4座、特色公园6座、游园5座、综合性公园5座,同时结合街道层面的人口数据经 GIS 工具处理后得到须增设的城市公园在各街道的具体布局。该研究对建设城市生态文明、实现区域精细化管理、共同构筑“公园城市”具有较好的实践价值。

Abstract "Ecological restoration" and "city betterment" are significant guidingthoughts for urban development and renewal in the transitional period. City park as aunity of ecological system and urban architecture is the valid practical object and it isessential to analyze the type division and layout optimization of city park under the newconcept of double urban repairs. This paper makes new type division of city parks andbuilds pressure indicator by using POl data to confirm the specific layout optimizationprogramme. The results show that the layout of city parks in Wuhan is in an unbalancedsituation and needs to add 10 historical parks, 4 community parks, 4 ecological parks6 oriented parks, 5 amusement parks and 5 compositive parks. Combined with thepopulation data of city street level and processed by GlS, it lists the specific layout ofevery new park in the street level which has great practical value to build urban ecologicalcivilization, implement regional delicacy management and construct a park city.
