Is it possible to have a url in a table?
Yes, you can use either the internal or external link syntax to achieve this. For example:
||~ Colour ||~ Occurrence ||~ Percentage ||~ Link ||
||~ Red || 7 || 8% || http://www.wikidot.com ||
||~ Green ||62 || 69% || [[[bands:main | Bands]]] ||
||~ Blue || 21 ||23% || [*http://www.wikidot.com Documentation] ||
||~ Total || 90 || 100% || [[[start]]] ||
which gives:
Colour | Occurrence | Percentage | Link |
---|---|---|---|
Red | 7 | 8% | http://www.wikidot.com |
Green | 62 | 69% | Bands |
Blue | 21 | 23% | Documentation |
Total | 90 | 100% | start |

Yes. You set it up under your Site Manager > General Settings > Custom Domain. Instructions are there. If you need more help, just ask.
Edit: You should really ask questions in the community forum. You'll hit a larger audience and likely get a quicker response.
