I made a bug report on the feedback site (http://feedback.wikidot.com/bug:1364) but I got no response, so I thought I post it here too.

Files cannot be downloaded. Nothing wrong with the files: if they're moved, they can be downloaded without issues. If you rename them, they can also be downloaded. If you delete and recreate a page, preserving the file's name, the same problem is replicated.

Wikidot has had several bugs, a few simply minor inconveniences, others being completely breaking.
