step to reproduce
- enter XP in vbox.
- restart XP in vbox.
- use XP, and you can find XP becomes very slow.
if I shutdown vbox, and start it again, the performs will become normal. I am using fedora 20, 64 bit

Not reproducible. Please attach a VBox.log file of such a VM session.

Actually in the meantime we were able to reproduce the problem. It will be fixed in the next maintenance release.
