The EFM32PG26B501F3200IM68 is an ARM Cortex-M33 based microcontroller (MCU) with speeds up to 80 MHz. Built on the secure, ultra-low-power xG26 platform that includes innovative low-energy features as well as high performance, the EFM32PG26B501F3200IM68 MCU is ideal for a wide range of battery-powered or energy-sensitive applications. This device includes 3200 kB Flash, 512 kB RAM, 48 GPIO, 160 segment LCD controller, 16-channel ADC with options for 12 or 16-bit resolution, 2 x analog comparators, a 2-ch VDAC, and multiple communication interfaces, and best-in-class security with Secure VaultTM in a compact QFN68 package.

Silicon Labs targets a minimum of a 10-year lifecycle for all of its standard products and expects to continue full production of the EFM32PG26B501F3200IM68 until at least April 2034. An EOL could be published after this date.
