The International Council of Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating Manufacturers Associations (ICARHMA) is a global network of 11 major industry associations. Since its establishment in 1991, ICARHMA has served as a platform for member organizations to exchange views and coordinate positions on global issues—particularly those related to environmental policy and energy efficiency. The Council meets twice a year, rotating among member countries, with one main meeting and one interim meeting held annually.
