The Project for Construction of Teacher Education Colleges (TECs) in Phnom Penh and Battambang is being implemented under Japanese grant aid. The Project covers construction of academic blocks, administration blocks, science and art labs, library, assembly halls, dormitory and provision of modern lab equipment. The construction is expected to complete by October 2020. Both TECs in Phnom Penh and Battambang will play crucial roles in providing pre-service BA degree and other in-service trainings with high quality of teache r education in Cambodia.
