Rural Transformation in Ethiopia: Women’s Land Rights and Livelihoods in the Amhara Region(2021_2_40_013)

Outline

This study examines how people exercise land rights in order to access land under the worsening land shortage in rural Ethiopia. Simultaneously, the study aims to elucidate non-agricultural economic activities as well as agricultural activities by people in rural areas. The research focuses mainly on women, who experience more substantial changes in land tenure.
