Outline

This research proposes to analyse the following using applied economics methods: (1) the public health implications of HIV-related criminal legislature, empirically studying how such laws affect test uptake and the prevalence of this communicable disease; and (2) the relationship between prevention-treatment polices and criminalisation policies.
