One Belt One Road Initiative and its Impacts on the Chinese Economy(2017_1_10_001)

Outline

This research project intends to analyze the multilateral influences of China’s "One Belt, One Road" initiative. First, we will perform a basic analysis about its impact on the Chinese economy. Then, we will estimate the effect of financing by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in upgrading and expanding physical distribution infrastructures. Lastly, we will investigate the actual condition of the increasing closeness in international trade and investment between China, Central Asian countries, and ASEAN countries.
