To improve nuclear and radiation safety by implementing a systematic set of actions by the regulatory body and the organization for radioactive waste in areas recognized as national priorities, including the long-term operation of a nuclear power plant, emergency preparedness and response and the construction of a low and intermediate level waste repository and a spent fuel dry storage facility.
