WEL_OWNER_DRAW_BUTTON

A WEL_OWNER_DRAW_BUTTON is a control that the user can click to provide notification to the application, and behaves in a similar fashion to WEL_PUSH_BUTTON except that on_paint must be implemented to give the button the desired appearance.
