Our strategy to achieve this is two-fold. To relentlessly decarbonize today’s energy. And to invest in the lower-carbon solutions, new energies and value chains that will shape the energy system of tomorrow.
We also recognize that the world must move together towards net zero.
With like-minded partners, we are deploying and scaling up the new and emerging technologies and solutions that will enable both our net zero operations by 2045 ambition, and global progress towards a sustainable future.
We are a founding signatory of the Oil & Gas Decarbonization Charter (OGDC) which is a partnership of over 50 oil and gas companies launched at COP28 to accelerate climate action.
