How can I query my terminal for whether or not it has a background image? Is there some standard OSC sequence for this?

I just want a yes / no answer from the terminal, I don't care about the image itself.

On a related note, if I want to detect the terminal's background color, I can do this (in fish) and get an RGB response back:

echo \x1b']11;?'\x07

That color query above gets me a color when trying this in Apple Terminal and iTerm2. But the color I get is just valid for some pixels, and I want to be able to know that.
