In moEngage, i am facing an update issue.

enter image description here

The error like,

File download from remote server failed with status code 403

enter image description here

We are whitelisted MoEngage Ip address, still we are facing an issue, may i know where i need to check the error, Magento 2 or Moengage portal?

403 usually means you don't have permissions to access a certain resource. Either you have the wrong credentials or you are requesting a resource that does not belong to you Commented Oct 23 at 6:26
  • Before October 2, it was working well; the issue started after Oct 2. Where i can start my debug. Commented Oct 23 at 6:33
  • @Marius The feed URL is publicly accessible, so there is no issue with the feed URL. Still i am not able to identiy the issue. Commented Oct 23 at 9:01

Firewall issue. Perhaps blocked by something like CloudFlare or server user agent block. You'd need access to the server access logs or the firewall and whitelist the URL to monitor the traffic Commented Oct 23 at 20:05
