Frontend and Backend is not Working : Magento 2.4.2 ( Internal Server Error)

Question

I am using below configuration Magento 2.4.2 PHP 7.4 Composer 2 Elasticsearch 7.9.6 My installation is in subfolder https://162.241.125.112/Angel/angel

Admi url is - https://162.241.125.112/Angel/angel/admin

After Installation, renamed the .htaccess.sample with .htaccess My current .htaccess is as follow -

I am getting the error - 500 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. I am unable to retrieve any error log. If anyone fix it please help me too. Thanks in advance.

• Waqar Ali: make sure all apache modules are installed and enabked like mod_Rewrite and mod_version
• user9386912: Chcked, all modules are available and mod_rewrite and mod_version are enabled
• Waqar Ali: uncomment the line ini_set('display_errors', 1); in app/bootrap.php will give you actual error

Well, Magento 2.4.2 doesn't get along very well with the installations inside subfolders. It will attempt to load your application from the <magento_root>/pub/ folder, unless instructed otherwise.

Please follow this thread frontend and admin not working magento 2.4.2 upgrade and check the instructions mentioned there.
