Description

I added strict mode to the ResponseBuilder. When in strict mode, only the first possible fixture path will be used.

Motivation and context

It can be useful to set the ResponseBuilder to strict mode. This makes the fixture resolution more explicit.

How has this been tested?

Tested using existing unit tests for PHP. Docs don't have tests.
