This PR replaces Algolia with MeiliSearch to test a new search experience, with (hopefully) improved results (categorization, ranking, etc.)
In addition to the custom scraper config, we also include a post-script
add-category-order.jsthat adds proper categories (as these were difficult to deduce from Docusaurus breadcrumbs with full accuracy) with configurable category weight (seecategory-order-config.json).The default style of the modal was also adjusted to better fit with our own branding.
