This pull request resolves the alphabetical sorting issue you mentioned in #2130 .
All links under the "Coding Practice for Beginners" section have now been reordered alphabetically, improving readability and consistency with the Contributing Guidelines.

Description
This pull request resolves the alphabetical sorting issue in the "Coding Practice for Beginners" section of the
README.mdfile.According to the repository’s Contributing Guidelines, all links should be listed in alphabetical order.
Currently, the section is not following this rule, which makes it harder to navigate and maintain.
This update reorders all existing links in that section alphabetically by site name for better consistency and readability.
