This pull request updates the README.md file to include a new tutorial, modifies the automation script to handle multiple file encodings, and updates the corresponding CSV data for the new tutorial. Below are the key changes grouped by theme:

Automation Script Enhancements:

• Updated the read_lines_from_file function in automation/autogenerate_notebooks_table.py to try multiple encodings (utf-8, latin-1, cp1252) when reading files, and fall back to errors='replace' if all encodings fail. This improves the script's robustness when handling files with unknown or mixed encodings.
• Ensured the save_lines_to_file function writes files using utf-8 encoding for consistency.

Data Synchronization:

• Added a new entry for the "Working with PPM Image Format in Autodistill" tutorial in automation/notebooks-table-data.csv. This entry includes metadata such as the tutorial's title, associated blog post, and GitHub repository link.

Autodistill PPM support

• The PPM support for the load_image function in autodistill has been included in autodistill#191
