Description

Updates all UI elements associated with Twitter to align with the new X brand identity.

Replaced the Twitter bird icon with the "X" logo.
Updated the hover color from Twitter blue (#1da1f2) to black (#000000).
Updated the HTML aria-label for accessibility.

Fixes #1673
