An owner can now select the 'owner' option for other members within the 'Team role' dropdown.
When the 'owner' role is selected for another member, a confirmation modal will appear to prevent accidental transfers.
Once confirmed, it will request that the selected member be changed to 'owner' and the current user to 'editor' using the grantRevoke API.
