Chooses userdir as follows:
~/.visualvmif it already exists (so as to not break existing usage),$XDG_DATA_HOME/visualvmifXDG_DATA_HOMEenvironment variable is defined and otherwise~/.local/share/visualvm.Similarly for cachedir:
~/.cache/visualvmif it already exists or ifXDG_CACHE_HOMEenvironment variable is not defined, but if it is$XDG_CACHE_HOME/visualvm.
