cmake is required to compile prior to make in order to create the make file, this also needs to be installed prior. Image build fails without it.

Indeed, this is required.
This is now fixed in the latest release with a rewrite of the deviceQuery build.

Update cuda-ubuntu.dockerfile with install cmake.
Also prior to make, run 'cmake .' to create the make file, otherwise make command fails.
I've tested this successfully on ubuntu 24.04, but it really doesn't matter what version of Ubuntu, this is required.
