this repo assumes you have access to bash/zsh and other basic gnu core utils like cat, ls, cp, mv and ... if you are on linux or mac you already have access to these but if you are on windows you have to specifically install them, there are a bunch of options for you to choose from but i recommend: cygwin, git for windows, msys2 or wsl/2 if you are a little more advanced
