Installation is recommended with Pipenv:

$ git clone https://github.com/toddbirchard/plotlydash-flask-tutorial.git
$ cd plotlydash-flask-tutorial
$ pipenv shell
$ pipenv update
$ flask run

Alternatively, try installing via setup.py:

$ git clone https://github.com/toddbirchard/plotlydash-flask-tutorial.git
$ cd plotlydash-flask-tutorial
$ python3 setup.py install
$ flask run
