Please merge this, the scaling on different monitors is messed up even with the latest build.

I was waiting for some feedback to see if it helped.

Have you tested the change?
I have forced another AppVeyor build, so you can get Open-Shell package from link above and check if it work for you.

I've been using this build for a few days now, and I haven't noticed any issues with my 1440p and 1080p multi-monitor setup.
