Timeline and Expectations

To receive the best proposal assistance faculty are asked to involve the proposal development team early in the process. The proposal development team will try to assist even if the submission is received after the recommended timeline. However, if there are other projects received in accordance with the deadlines they will take precedence. Proposals received after the deadlines will not have as much time for review so the feedback will be less thorough. Faculty are encouraged to work with and engage the proposal development team early in the development process. Faculty are strongly encouraged to adhere to the following timelines to ensure you have time to make revisions and still adhere to the Sponsored Programs Office deadline.
