Temple Grandin has described having a photographic memory. She can visualize objects and their spatial relationships so clearly that she can manipulate them and see what will happen. She also states that Tesla had this ability. Spazquest 22:01, 3 March 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Sample item for BVRT?

[edit ]

Just had a comment about the pictured BVRT stimulus. First, this figure is in multiple choice format - the test form described in the article is an exposure/free recall task. Also, I am fairly familiar with this test but this particular design does not look familiar to me. Which test form is it from?

Aural memory? and other things...

[edit ]

This is a random comment but maybe it'll provoke some thoughts :) In Polish there are two words: widowiec and sluchowiec. The first is somebody with a good visual memory, the second is somebody with a good aural memory. Am I right in saying that English doesn't have words for this? It's a random observation, I know, but perhaps interesting :) More importantly though, it brings up the fact that there is no WP page on aural memory. Is it worth doing one? Maybe I will but I have no expertise in this field... Malick78 (talk) 22:32, 31 March 2012 (UTC) [reply ]
