The stereochemistry in the drawing is systematically incorrect for all chiral centres, cf. e.g. the crystal structures published by Gilmore & Bryan (1973) or by Aoyagi et al. (2008), or several of the 2D drawings in websites easily found via a Google search.

Some mention of Triptolide's use along with VCD for rodent contraceptive (e.g. ContraPest) might be worthy.
