Left turn

Skolem arithmetic ?
[edit ]Could anyone give a citation where PRA is called Skolem Arithmetic ? As far as I can tell, everytime I read "Skolem Arithmetic" in a mathematical article, it means the logic with multiplication on positive number, without addition.

Unfolding
