The input database for the European Commission-sponsored POTEnCIA project,^{[1] [2] [3]} but not the source code, is apparently going to be made public at some stage. The Subak Data Catalog at data.subak.org might be a useful addition when some secondary sources become available. The catalog is based on the CKAN framework from the Open Knowledge Foundation.
