Garbage collection

- Garbage collection is required for flash memory due to the nature of how you need to erase entire blocks before you can re-write to a page. I recommend we keep the article as it is, but I did update the copy to better explain it is not only for SSDs. § Music Sorter § (talk) 09:05, 12 June 2011 (UTC) [reply ]
