WP:LINKFARM

The WASC list doesn't look up-to-date (not updated for at least three years) and includes multiple dead links. I think this may be a better list (albeit shorter) http://www.tomsitpro.com/articles/vulnerability-scanning-tools,2-720.html and being part of Tom's guide group I'm pretty sure it is independent.
