    Constructs a Timestamp.

    Parameters:

    timestamp - is the timestamp's date and time. It must not be null.

    signerCertPath - is the TSA's certificate path. It must not be null.

    Throws:

    NullPointerException - if timestamp or signerCertPath is null.
