SVGClipPathElement: transform property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The read-only transform property of the SVGClipPathElement interface reflects the transform attribute of a <clipPath> element, that is a list of transformations applied to the element.
