My Sense stopped working!!! It started off by restarting on its own... and then it did it again... and then it all went black. I tried charging it for hours and it wouldn’t light up or display anything .. but it vibrated with a black screen which confused me. I then charged it again with a different cord and left it alone for a few hours. It charged and lit up.. but then it wouldn’t swipe over when I tried to change screens. It’s frozen and I cannot change off of the main screen at all. I called in and completed a hard reset.. still frozen. This morning the battery was down to 4% and it’s now charged fully again... still frozen on the main screen ..please please help! (And everything is updated)

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

You should contact customer support. They'll probably tell you to factory reset it. There's a way to do it without the screen and just the side button.

Hello There!

Thank you for the fast reply and warm welcome!

Customer support had me do exactly that.. unfortunately it’s still unresponsive to any swiping 😞

Hi @Stephanah - if a factory reset didn't fix it it would seem faulty.

If it's still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back for a replacement new one.
