@laprofe

See if this works:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon. ...
  2. Next to your current email address, click the Change Email Address.
  3. In the New Email and Confirm New Email boxes, enter your preferred email address.
  4. In the Your Password box, type your Fitbit account password.

or on your phone:

Tap account settings

tap change password

HI

Thanks, but I don't want to change my login to fitbit.com. I want to
change the email notifications on my phone. On my old phone, I had work
email notifications, not my login email.

I appreciate your time

What work email are you running?

My firm uses outlook. I receive email notifications and appt notifications. Your phone brand and model might be helpful. As my sig indicates I use an iPhone. To get notifications, from work I select this

Tap profile pic (top of today page)

tap sense (device pic)

Tap notifications

tap app notifications

if this does not help, I am out of suggestions and do not understand your issue. Sorry if I wasted your time.

Good Luck

Yes, I have done that before...to no avail

I have a Samsung and all my previous phones have been android and I had no
problems.

My company uses corporate gmail... and that was the same as on previous
phone.

I appreciate your help. I have read on google's and gmail's website and
asked for advice...again to no avail.

Hi, @laprofe I think you need to review the settings in your email client (Gmail or Outlook) I use G mail and have both my G mail address and Hotmail address accounts on G mail, all messages to these two addresses land in G mail and can then be seen in notifications on my wrist.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
