- Was anything unusual happening or had just happened when the suspect bug occurred
- Have you just upgraged or changed any system or network software
- Have you just changed or upgraded your ZyTrax product or service
- When did this start happening
- How often does it happen
- Describe the behavior when the suspect bug occurs especially any LEDs that change or flicker
- What do you think is happening?
