QUCHIP – Quantum Simulation on a Photonic Chip

QUCHIP project ended in February 2018. QUCHIP involved 9 European Universities and Research Centres from 5 different European countries. The Consortium QUCHIP consists of many of the leading experimental groups in Europe currently working on optical quantum simulation.

The goal of QUCHIP was to study applications of quantum walks in simulating quantum phenomena.

QUCHIP produced 75 publications on high impact peer reviewed journals (of which: 2 on Science, 7 on Nature Communications, 1 on Nature Photonics, 3 on Nature Physics, 6 on Scientific Reports, 10 on Physical Review Letters, 3 on Science Advances, 1 on Physical Review X). In addition, project members presented QUCHIP results at nearly 300 scientific conferences as invited, oral or poster presentations.
