Intelligent Reasoning Systems (I.R.S.) was a small R&D and consulting company based in southern California. I.R.S. was formed in October 1997 and stopped doing business in March 2008. It specialized in the research, design, development, and application of leading-edge research and technologies, primarily in the fields of Intelligent Agents and Distributed Artificial Intelligence.
