Participation Grants

Participants in the conference can apply for participation grants by filling in this application form:

Deadline for submissions: April 25, 2021

Notifications of grants acceptance will be sent out by the end of April 2021.

Incomplete application forms will not be considered.

TU Berlin makes available a limited number of participation grants for participation in EAERE 2021.

Paper presenters in all session categories are eligible for the participation grants.

Grants are handled by the EAERE Secretariat.

The grant amount is used to cover the Conference registration to each grantee prior to the Conference. No age restriction is imposed.

Participation grants are assigned to the presenters of the best papers according to the following priority criteria:

• Priority 1 - Application category 1: PhD students or researchers who completed their PhD in the previous two years.
• Priority 2 - Application category 2: Researchers who have no other source of funding for the conference.

Moreover, a general criteria of gender equilibrium will be applied in the assignment process.
