Follow the Wikipedia guideline of being bold in updating wiki pages: Don't ask, just update (i.e. improve) the page.
The FriCASWiki is versioned and many people get notified by any changes that will be made to the Wiki. So if some people feel that your changes are inappropriate they will disappear or be modified in a short period of time. Only then you should contact one of the PanAxiom mailing lists listed on the PanAxiomCommunity page.
