mIRC (spelt with a lowercase 'm', and 'IRC' in uppercase) is a popular Windows-only IRC Client. Alought this client is popular, it is not free. To register this client, it costs 20ドル USD, and is a one time only fee, so any future version will be able to use this regristation key.
