The "College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program" is one of the most extensive and influential programs directly aimed at individual or group college students in the construction project of the Ministry of Education’s "Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project in Higher Education". It is to guide students to understand the society, an important carrier for contacting engineering practice, participating in scientific research training and entrepreneurial training. The implementation of the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program is an effective means to cultivate students' rigorous scientific attitude and team spirit, and to enhance students' scientific research ability, innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability based on innovation.
根据《教育部 财政部关于"十二五"期间实施"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"的意见》(教高〔2011〕6号)和《教育部关于批准实施"十二五"期间"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"2012年建设项目的通知》(教高函〔2012〕2号),教育部决定在"十二五"期间实施国家级大学生创新创业训练计划。
"大学生创新创业训练计划" 是教育部"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"建设项目中直接针对大学生个体或团体所设立的覆盖面最广、影响最大的项目之一,是引导学生了解社会、接触工程实践、参与科研训练与创业训练的重要载体。实施大学生创新创业训练计划项目是培养学生严谨的科学态度和团队精神,增强学生的科研能力、创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力的有效手段。
我校大学生创新创业训练计划项目包括创新训练项目、创业训练项目和创业实践项目三类。
1.创新训练项目。本科生个人或团队,在导师指导下,自主完成创新性研究项目的设计、研究条件准备和项目实施、研究报告撰写、成果(学术)交流等工作。
2.创业训练项目。由本科生团队,在导师指导下,团队中每个学生在项目实施过程中扮演一个或多个具体的角色,通过编制商业计划书、开展可行性研究、模拟企业运行、参加企业实践、进行验证试验等训练环节的项目。
3.创业实践项目。由学生团队,在学校导师和企业导师共同指导下,采用前期创新训练项目(或创业训练项目)的成果,提出一项具有市场前景的创新性产品或者服务,以此为基础开展创业实践活动。
